Feed hungry, at-risk New Yorkers during COVID-19!

Deepti Sharma (FoodToEat)

I run a company called FoodtoEat. At FoodtoEat, we partner with immigrant, women, and minority-owned restaurants in New York City and assist in book catering jobs for them at corporate offices throughout the city. We have partnered with companies like Warby Parker, The Skimm, and Microsoft.

With everyone working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, our business - and by extension our restaurant partners - are taking a huge hit. No one in the office means no orders or revenue for our restaurant partners. read more

Help Corazon de Mexico staff and families

Dear Corazon de Mexico Family,

Many of you have remained our loyal customers since our doors first opened. Others have become a huge part of us in such a short time. That is why we reach out to YOU during these trying times.

As we continue to monitor the news regarding COVID-19, concerns for our staff, both in the front and back of house, grow.

We have initiated a GoFundme and humbly ask for your support. Your donations will be used towards helping our furloughed employees with rent and essential needs during this time of transition.

Your contribution would mean so much. We appreciate and commend you for your continued support and loyalty.  read more

Help a Restaurant, Feed a Doctor

As you have seen on the news New York City has been especially hit hard by Coronavirus/COVID-19.  We wanted to come up with a way to give back to those hardest hit in our city while supporting those who risk their lives selflessly to save others.  Hospitals are facing supply shortages and are reaching capacity fast.  Countless restaurants have closed and laid off people.  The ones that are open remain struggling only able to sell for delivery or pickup.  What if we could help local restaurants stay open and provide excellent meals for medical staff at the same time.
